The following current information about the material must be gathered, documented, and retained

1) Species (common and full scientific name) -Merely having a list of potential species is insufficient in the context of the FSC Regulatory Module.

2) Country of harvest and relevant parts if applicable

3) Geolocation of all land plots where the material comes from

4) Date or time range of production, defined by a start and end date.

5) Risk assessment following the procedure <FSC-PRO-60-006b V1-0>.

6) Information about supply chains

7) Products and material from species listed on CITES that will be imported, exported, or re-exported, shall be accompanied by the applicable valid certificates
