Additionally, wood products covered by a valid FLEGT license under Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005 are considered compliant with the relevant legislation of the country of production.

If applicable, the plot of land information should be supplemented with a reference to the respective FSC-certified Management Unit, as indicated in the public summary of the forest management certification report.
