Simplified due diligence is not applied if you obtain or are made aware of any relevant information as well as substantiated concerns submitted by stakeholders, that would point to a risk that the product:

a)         is not deforestation-free;

b)        has not been produced in accordance with the relevant legislation of the country of production.
