Following information has to be collected (and kept for 5 years):

1) A description, including the trade name and type of the product, and in the case of wood, the common name of all species included in the product, along with their full scientific names
2) The quantity of the product
3) Country of production
4) Geolocation of all plots of land where the product is produced
5) Date or time range of harvesting
6) The name, postal address, and email address of any business, operator, or trader to whom the product has been supplied
7) A copy of the FSC public summary report demonstrating that:

a) The relevant products are deforestation-free
b) The relevant commodities have been produced in accordance with the relevant legislation of the country of production, including any arrangement conferring the right to use the respective area for the purposes of the production of the relevant commodity.
