The certificate holder may be exempted from conducting a full due diligence where:

-the Management Unit is situated in a country or parts thereof classified as low risk according to the EUDR three-tier risk system.

-there is only negligible risk in an FSC Risk Assessment

-there is no additional information leading to substantiated concerns
